Can I import my existing resident information from my current system?
Yes, your data can be migrated to SmartRec from another system. This is a Professional Services option and pricing for data migration depends on your agency’s data load. Speak to one of our solution advisors today for more information!
Are payments made through SmartRec secure for our registrants?
At Amilia, we take payment security seriously! We are level 1 PCI-DSS compliant which is the highest in PCI-DSS security levels. This means we maintain a secure payments environment for processing, transmitting, and storing credit card information.
Am I able to determine whether a person is a resident or non-resident?
Yes! In fact, there are three ways of accomplishing this in SmartRec: (1) by defining boundaries on a virtual map, (2) by importing your address lists, or (3) by synchronizing with your GIS to ensure an up-to-date and accurate resident list.
